Sold!
Yay, our condo sold yesterday! It was only on the market for a little over a month. I honestly didn't think it would sell, because the area we live in is full of medical students and typically they don't look for housing until mid to late summer. We don't close until May 27th, but the papers are signed and ready to go. As of right now we'll be moving on May 15th and should be in the new house on the 18th! I'm so excited to finally have a yard and a garage!

Although I'm so sad yall are leaving so soon, that is great that you don't have to worry about selling your place.
I am so thrilled things have happened so quickly and relatively smoothly for you guys! It really is amazing. We are so excited for all of the new adventures coming your way! That Lexie is such a cutie! I still wish we had a chance to see you before your move...miss you all tons!
